Carol Crow

Director of People & Culture

Carol is the Director of People & Culture at Mindfield. She is responsible for developing and supporting Human Resources best practices in the areas of performance management, employee engagement and retention, compensation, organizational effectiveness, employee wellness and appreciation/recognition programs.  Carol has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources management, Finance, and Operations across industries including financial services, manufacturing, technology, tourism and health care. Most recently, Carol has offered Human Resources consulting services to small-medium businesses in the Lower Mainland. Carol holds an Honours Business Administration degree from Western University and has been a Chartered Professional in Human Resources since 2007.  Outside of the office, she spends her time with her husband and two teenaged children, and enjoys yoga and hiking the North Shore trails.
